When they engaged Whittaker Plane they were facing a hard cashflow situation due to financial difficulties at two key clients. Story:
Existence approached Whittaker Plane wanting more regular contact and availability from their accountant. Jeff was unsatisfied with the yearly documents he received from his existing accountant with little explanation and the inflexibility to use modern technology for book-keeping.
We performed a standalone piece of work bringing his electronic records up to date to match his statutory accounts. This provided access to up-to-date profit and loss information to inform Jeff’s decision making. We worked with Jeff to analyse and project cash flow and set monthly sales targets.
We were available to Jeff to deal with issues and advise on strategy and pricing.
We advised Existence on how to monitor sales activity for VAT registration. We guided Existence through the VAT maze to a place of confident VAT accounting.
